Great little find.....highly recommend. Warm and friendly staff. We hired a boat for half a day and really enjoyed it. We will be back again in future.

We had a brilliant time today on the canoe, our dog was very welcome and the two owners were incredibly kind and helpful.

A very friendly place in a great location for taking a boat out with children on the Broads. We hired a 3-person canoe and a kayak for three hours in the afternoon, which was the perfect amount of time to explore the nearby waterways. The staff were helpful and were more than happy to help our daughter get comfortable using the kayak. We would definitely recommend!

Lack of waterproof buckets to place items means your belongings may get wet. Also, the routes offered are not quiet canals as advertised, they involve large boats, sometimes at great speed.

Hired a small day boat to experience the broad, price was on par with other company's, life vests were supplied staff were friendly and helpful. The place was easy to find, and parking was possible along the road side.

Hired a day boat as a birthday tradition. After trying a few hire companies around the broads, we believe we've found our favourite. The team are so welcoming and helpful, we'd highly recommend.

Hired a double canoe for a day (£45) and managed an 8 mile paddle. We went to the quieter waterways first before heading out where there were more boats. Saw kingfishers, a grass snake and caught a glimpse of an otter. Everything was well set up to ensure you stay safe. Friendly staff, we’ll be back.

We just hired two Canadian Canoes for three hours, which we took out on the Broads with our four children. The people at Bank Boats were extremely friendly and helpful, the boats were in good condition, and a great time was had by all.
